Proper Nousn – It’s  Hunting  Time

It was hunting time for 2nd graders! They scouted magazines and newspapers for proper nouns and verbs. They didn’t fish for words, rather, they fished for pictures! A picture of Virat Kohli qualified as a proper noun while a picture of a man eating qualified as a verb. In such a fashion, they amassed pictures of proper nouns & verbs, labelled them and unconsciously mastered the concept of proper nouns and verbs!
